A big thank you to Sanlam Cape Town Marathon runners for donating their entry fees to PSFA

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Sanlam Cape Town Marathon scheduled to take place on Sunday, 18 October 2020 was unfortunately cancelled.
The organisers offered the entrants the option to receive a full refund, or donate their entry fee to charity. PSFA and the Community Chest of the Western Cape were chosen as the charities to benefit from the donated entry fees. We each received a donation in the amount of R62 731.10.
A big thank you to all the runners who donated their entry fees. Thanks to you, this donation will enable PSFA to provide 139 learners affected by poverty with daily breakfasts and lunches while at school for an entire year.
